Best wishes and happy teaching : The onestopenglish team. Anonymous Wed, 30 May pm. I have just bought a subscription - but I can't see any page. It says the page cannot be found. Web Editor Thu, 20 Jul am. Dear Barbara, Many thanks for such lovely feedback. It's terrific to hear that these lessons work so well for you and your class.
Which topics, in particular, have been most popular with your students? If you'd like some lessons based on videos which also provide the chance to chat and go off on tangents, our Live from London series might be popular with your adult class. Let us know if you have the chance to try them and we hope you like them! Barbara Stahl Wed, 19 Jul pm.
I was so thrilled to find the Everyday Life series of planned lessons for a group of adults I am teaching at the moment, in the summer, and all they wanted was a chat session which never really works for me unless it has some structure which these lessons give me so beautifully. We can also go off at a tangent if we want to ,but always returning to the original theme and vocabulary.
Thank you so much. Hi, thanks for the update. Very helpful. I look foward to using the lessons and more of the great resources one stop english offers. Keep them coming. Web Editor Wed, 10 Aug am. Hi Angela, Thanks for the feedback. Really nice to hear that you like the series so much. Everyday Life is a mixed level series so the levels vary depending on the month but we will take into account your comments when planning future lessons. In the immediate future, two more elementary lessons are scheduled to be published in the next couple of months.
The first will be on healthy eating in November You are what you eat and the next after that will be in January about shopping Sale. September's lesson is upper-intermediate level and is on illnesses Common cold while October is an intermediate lesson plan about relatives entitled Meet the family. Hope that helps and thanks again for the feedback. Hi - I love the Everyday Life series but have one criticism - can we have more 'elementary' lesson plans please. There was one to start with followed by 3 pre-intermediate and 2 intermediate.
Thank you. Web Editor Tue, 7 Jun pm. Hi angie, Thanks for your feedback. Everyday Life is published on the first Tuesday of every month. This month's topic is 'Money' and the next 4 months will be as follows: July: The Apartment houses and rooms August: Neighbours a lesson about your neighbourhood September: Common Cold illnesses October: Meet the family parents and children The levels range from A2 - B2 depending on the lesson.
Hope that helps. Hi - Just wondering when the next Everyday Life is going to be available on-line? Also it would be interesting to know what all the topics are going to be and the level for the next and the ones to follow. Is this at all possible? Keep up the good work and thanks.
